We accept payment by credit/debit card and cash. You can also prepay your reservation when booking on our website.

There is no charge for reservations at Fire Capitano restaurant. For groups of more than 8 people, credit/debit card details will be required. In case of a no-show, please inform us by phone with a notice of more than 24 hours; otherwise, the cancellation charges indicated in the Cancellation Policy will apply.

Reservations for Balinese beds and hammocks at Hadley’s Club are subject to a fee. The reservation is confirmed with a 100% PREPAYMENT of the chosen area’s value.

Reservations for groups of more than 10 people should be managed by calling 695 58 92 69 or emailing reservations@hadleysclub.com.

Access to the Beach Club is allowed for minors under 18 years old accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

At Hadley´s Club, we aim to maintain a healthy, fun, and safe environment. Customers must behave appropriately within the establishment, and it is strictly prohibited to disturb others or disrupt the order. Organizing scandals or engaging in physical or verbal violence towards the resort’s employees or other customers is not permitted. Bringing outside food or drinks into the facility is also not allowed.

Access to the resort’s facilities is strictly prohibited for non-guests. Being a customer does not entitle you to invite others to use the resort’s facilities.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Our Fire Capitano restaurant allows a grace period of 15 minutes. If no notice is given, the reservation will be forfeited after that time.

We love your pet! However, access is only permitted in the wave pool terrace area and the terrace area of Fire Capitano, except for guide dogs for disabled individuals.
